Free 7–14 day UK and Europe-wide Shipping - Orders are shipped free of charge to all European Union countries as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping times may vary as our designers hail from across the world and some make your jewellery to order, but we always aim to deliver within 14 days.

Once your jewellery is packed and dispatched, you will receive an update email letting you know when to expect your order.

Covid-19 and Shipping - Please note, some orders may take a little longer than usual due to the extra social distancing measures that your domestic and local couriers may have put in place to keep their staff and customers safe.
Changed your mind? Commonplace Goods will happily accept the return of any unwanted items – except earrings which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene – within 14 days* of delivery to you, provided they are unworn and in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please note that our Return policy may differ for items which have been custom-made to order. Returns are paid for by the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*COVID-19 and Returns - Due to the global pandemic, we are currently operating an extended Return policy of 28 days from the date of delivery to you.

To return your unwanted item(s), simply email us on to let us know, and our friendly Customer Service team will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order details and provide a secure delivery label to attach to your parcel. Returns are paid for the buyer: the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund amount, or you can opt to use your own method of delivery, at your own discretion. If you use an alternative return delivery method, unfortunately Commonplace Goods will be unable to refund your order if the products do not arrive at the final destination. Always ensure that you retain proof of shipping. We will aim to process your refund within 7 days of receipt of your returned items. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
