eGift Card FAQs
An eGift Card is a unique code which is entered at the Checkout when you make a purchase. eGift Cards are spent like money, and can be used to pay for any item on the Commonplace Goods website. However, you cannot use an eGift Card to pay for the purchase of another eGift Card.
Our eGift Cards are available in £25, £30, £50, £75, £100 and £250 values. If you would like to purchase an eGift Card for a value not shown, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by using the form on the Contact Us page. One of our friendly Customer Care specialists will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements.
If you don't spend the full value of the eGift Card, the amount you didn't spend will remain on the eGift Card and the eGift Card can be used to make another purchase later, until the remaining value is spent, or until the eGift card expires.
In accordance with current UK and EU laws, Commonplace Goods eGift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase when purchased in the UK, and 5 years from the date of purchase when purchased in the EU.
To check the value of an eGift Card all you need to do is drop us an email on email@example.com, or use the form on the Contact Us page, and one of our friendly Customer Care specialists should be able to help.
